Each unit will allow you to expand up to 122 Drives or eight 16 bay enclosures, potentially giving you up to 366TB of storage!

The latest Areca Dual Core RAID controller included offers the highest level of data protection and performance in the industry for uninterrupted workflow when it matters the most. If a drive fails in RAID 5 protected mode, you can sustain a failed drive without losing any data. In Addition, RAID 6 mode enables you to sustain up to 2 concurrent drive failures without losing your important data and still have complete access to your data and allowing your business to operate.

There are several ways for user to conveniently monitor and configure the RAID volumes and hardware. Our intuitive GUI includes browser support  which allows user to identify the status of each individual volumes as well as drives and make desired changes. (S.M.A.R.T supported)

Real-Time notifications of a drive failure or errors are indicated by LCD screen and can be easily setup so that the alerts can also be sent by email .

COOLING

Each whole enclosure is designed for maximum airflow and proper cooling in mind. The front ventilation holes draw cool air in, while exhausting warm air out the back. This high cooling air flow system is critical to achieve maximum performance and reliability of the components. Built in temperature monitors are constantly detecting for any un-healthy rise in heat or fan failures, and will alert you of the problem.

The Redundant 500W power supply for uninterrupted system operation in the event of a failure of one of the power supplies in the chassis.

SECURE & FAST CONNECTION

Included in all our enclosures are SFF-8088 Mini SAS cables for a safe and secure connection between the RAID card and enclosure. The fixed latch cable design helps provide a stable connection and protection against accidental interruptions during your workflow. This cable will not disconnect unless you do so.
