The CineRAID XLPRO comes with Areca’s
field proven RAID Technology, offering the
highest level of data protection with
minimal performance hit. Keeping your
workflow uninterrupted when it matters the
most. If a drive fails in RAID 5 protected
mode, you can sustain a failed drive without
losing any data and allows you to continue
to operate. In RAID 6, it can sustain up to
2 concurrent drive failures without losing
your important data. |

Industrial & Modular Design |

Each enclosure is designed with
durability and functionality in mind
incorporated with a high cooling air
flow system. Cool air is drawn
from the front of the unit through
the hard drives dissipating the heat
through the rear. Being a
modular design, all EditPRO
enclosures have interchangeable
parts. This allows high use items,
such as the fan or drives, that
potentially fail to be quickly and
easily replaced. |

We utilize quiet, reliable, ball
bearing fans which are designed
specially for venting unnecessary
heat away from the hard drives and
enclosure. The fan is variable
speed and controlled by our bridge
board for optimal performance with
minimal noise. Fan speed is
dependant on the hard drive
temperature and will automatically
adjust air flow when necessary.
Our fan has a max flow rate of
40.26CFM at 1900rpm. |
